Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program
Teacher Training
The Real Work offers a comprehensive and immersive Teacher Training Programme totalling over 750 hours. This in-depth training is designed for those committed to mastering the classical Pilates method and developing a deep understanding of the work as taught by Joseph Pilates.
Before enrolling, each applicant is required to complete an initial evaluation. Based on this assessment, participants then undertake a tailored pre-training programme of 15, 20, or 30 private lessons, depending on their body’s condition and readiness.
The full programme is structured into three progressive modules—Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, each utilising all pieces of studio apparatus. Participants are required to pass exams at the end of each module to progress.
Final certification is awarded upon successful completion of all modules and course hours, including practical and written assessments.

Workshops
The Real Work studio is proud to host workshops with internationally renowned teacher Mejo Wiggin, a respected figure in the world of Classical Pilates. With over twenty-five years of experience, Mejo is a Master Trainer under Romana Kryzanowska, one of Joseph Pilates' original protégés.
Mejo is the creator of The Classical Syllabus®, a continuing education seminar series designed specifically for instructors who have already completed a Comprehensive Training Programme and are seeking to deepen their knowledge and refine their teaching of the Classical Method.
These in-depth workshops offer a unique opportunity to revisit and embody the essence of the original Pilates system through Mejo’s expert guidance and hands-on approach.
