Private Lesson
50 minutes
One- To-One lesson, using Reformer or Mat and all other equipment such as Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels & Guillotine. Tailored to the individual client’s body needs.
Semi - Private
50 minutes
2-3 students, incorporating all professional equipment, Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, Chairs & Barrels.
TRW Lesson
50 minutes
3-4 students, working out with Mat and Tower Cadillac equipment.
Introduction To Classical Method
