Who Is The Founder Of The Real Work Pilates, Athens?

The Real Work Pilates studio in Kifisia, Athens, is led by its founder, Sophia Voutsina.

Sophia is a graduate of the Pilates Centre in London, having completed both Comprehensive and Advanced Teacher Training programs.

She has further enriched her expertise by attending workshops across Europe and the USA with esteemed tutors of the Classical Method, including Jay Grimes, Mejo Wiggin, Chris Robinson, and Sandy Shimoda. Collaborating closely with Mejo Wiggin, Sophia hosts the Classical Syllabus at The Real Work and has developed her own Comprehensive Teacher’s Training Programme.
